Our Story

Diana Calls was started to provide expert and professional call receptionist service for businesses tired of missing sales because of missed calls. Many times we would miss out on opportunities because of missed calls. Our business was in the line of helping others grow by providing them with high quality leads but often these leads would not be answered in time. Diana and I decided to create a solution to help us and our clients handle their incoming calls so they would not miss out on opportunities as well as provide a better customer service experience. We wanted to provide a virtual receptionist service with highly trained, enthusiastic, US-based agents, at a fraction of the cost of hiring a full-time, in-house receptionists.
