Who Are We: We are Diana Calls, a virtual receptionist company. We help small businesses with managing their phone lines. We serve small businesses in the home services, legal, medical and tech/manufacturing industries. We only use live receptionists set up in small teams for our clients. We believe that the best service is given by humans and not robots. Your potential clients and current clients deserve to talk to a real human on the other end of the line. 

Did you know that since the pandemic customer service is at an all time low. Most small businesses’ weakest points are the customer service they give to their leads and current customers. The main complaint is “No one answers the phone and how the phone is answered.”

At Diana Calls we want to make sure that your leads and clients don’t make that complaint about your business. 

Our Services Include:

Call Handling: We answer inbound calls from ad campaigns as well as your regular flow to your business.

Call Transfers: Maybe you need someone to transfer calls after verifying certain information. We provide those services on your behalf.

Call Overflow: Perhaps you have your own receptionist in house but you have recently invested in more marketing to bring you leads and the call volume is overwhelming your in house receptionist. We handle all the extra calls to assist your receptionist in their tasks especially when they are responsible for other business functions.

Scheduling or Rescheduling: Our receptionist will schedule appointments from inbound calls or reschedule appointments in your calendar from outbound calls. You will see it in your calendar as well as call notes sent to your email.

Outbound Calling: You can have our receptionists call to check on a current case at the county Clerk’s office or an order from a factory. Just send us the information so we can make the call on your behalf and report back or transfer the call to you. (We do not do sales calls.)

Call Forwarding: We will take the calls that come in and transfer them to you or an employee of your choice. We also will take information you need down before the transfer as well as screen calls before transferring them.

Custom Call Script: We will answer the call how you instruct us to. If you need assistance for how you should script a call. We are also happy to help with that. 

Voicemail: We will deliver your voicemails by email to you.

Local Number included: Don’t worry about getting a new number. You can keep your number as we assign a new local number to you for forwarding so incase you wish to part ways. You will not worry about getting a new number.

No Monthly Contracts. 

We offer Saturday hours or Sunday hours.. *Fee maybe higher depending on your need.

What’s coming in 2022: After hour service for lawyers and small clinics or urgent care facilities. We will begin the process of offering calls for our clients that need after hour service for their client base. If your business would like to be a part of our expansion. Please let us know. We will have a separate dedicated team to your account.
